If you are canceling 7 days prior, you will be charged a processing fee. If it is less than 7 days, you will be charged 1-night retention plus a processing fee. If you are canceling after the check-in date, there will be no refund. However, some tariffs may be non-refundable as per the hotel’s cancellation policy. Taxes as applicable will be charged. 5.
